Chocolate Sauce

Pour liberally over your ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Combine sugar cocoa and milk. Heat gently, but do not allow to boil until the sugar has dissolved. Bring slowly to a boil, add pinch of salt, and allow to simmer very gently for about 10 – 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and stir in vanilla.
