Granadilla Cream

Known in the rest of the world as Passion Fruit. A nice summery dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 tin Ideal Milk (50% evaporated milk)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 – 3 tsp gelatine
- 4 tbl sugar
- 10 granadillas, pulped
- 2 tbl water
Preparation:
- Chill the Ideal Milk overnight in the refrigerator.
- Sponge gelatine in water, then melt in microwave – 30 seconds on high – and cool (use the larger amount of gelatine in hot weather).
- Dissolve sugar in granadilla pulp and lemon juice.
- Whip Ideal Milk until thick, then fold all together.
- Make sure that the gelatine has cooled to more or less the same temperature as the other indredients before folding in.
Serves 8 – 10.
