Granadilla Cream

Known in the rest of the world as Passion Fruit. A nice summery dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin Ideal Milk (50% evaporated milk)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 – 3 tsp gelatine
  • 4 tbl sugar
  • 10 granadillas, pulped
  • 2 tbl water

Preparation:

  • Chill the Ideal Milk overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Sponge gelatine in water, then melt in microwave – 30 seconds on high – and cool (use the larger amount of gelatine in hot weather).
  • Dissolve sugar in granadilla pulp and lemon juice.
  • Whip Ideal Milk until thick, then fold all together.
  • Make sure that the gelatine has cooled to more or less the same temperature as the other indredients before folding in.

Serves 8 – 10.
