Home-made Italian sausage mixture.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 30 ml dry white wine

Preparation:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly – hands are best.
  • Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight before using – may also be frozen.
