Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Serve with rice and a green vegetable or salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 – 2 cups chopped onions
- 4 tbl soy sauce
- 1 – 2 green peppers ,chopped
- 4 tbl flour
- 3 cups water
- small tin pineapple pieces
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 500 g tomatoes, chopped
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- about 1.3 kg of mince made into meatballs
Preparation:
- Fry onion and green pepper.
- Add mixture of flour, water, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce and bring to the boil. Simmer till thickened, stirring.
- Add pineapple pieces, and tomatoes.
- Lastly add previously cooked meat balls and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
